Threshold Choir of 2014
We are the Threshold Choir of Bloomington, Indiana -- an affiliate chapter of the Threshold Choir International, founded and based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are a community of men and women dedicated to singing, upon request, in harmony at the bedsides of those in hospice care.
Our chant-like songs are offered to honor, support, calm, soothe, and comfort. We come to each bedside with the intention of allowing love, grace, and peace to flow. Families often share with us the profound impact of our presence and singing. We are also told that our songs bring a deep sense of peace to hospice staff and caregivers, touching everyone who listens.
We feel privileged and blessed to offer this service to the Bloomington community.
